What the file contained
Header and nav group, hero with a three-column feature row, a services band, a testimonials block and a footer with a contact form. All type is on its own text layers, so the layout can be cut without flattening.
Why it is still here
The file is a layered PSD: open it in Universal Viewer or PSD Explorer and export the layers you need without Photoshop. See /ext/psd/.
